UPDATE 26.7.2016:
FRIEDA has breast cancer and it is serious – she may have another year – maybe 3, maybe less. Nobody knows. But she is enjoying life and our vet believes that we can spay her to slow the cancer down. So we will have her in the clinic in a few days again.
FRIEDA would love to have a longterm foster for the time she will have from now on or her own forever home. Who considers to be this family for her?
FRIEDA was found abandoned in a village on Cyprus. She was wandering around, being lost.
We can only imagine what has happened to her, but the village is well known for the hunters using their females as breeding machines (so does FRIEDA’s breast look like) and abandon them as soon as they will be not of use anymore for them. We don’t wanna blame anybody or accuse, but it is very obvious in this case.
FRIEDA was taken to a killing-pound with only 1 cage & she had to leave again asap. As everybody is really full with emergencies, dogs and puppies, Pointer-Freunde decided to take FRIEDA under our wings.
Our vet will see her tomorrow and we hope she will get the chance of a wonderful family to adopt her.
Please help us to pay her vet and private kennel fees for the meantime, as we are already struggeling to pay all the bills for about 52 dogs at the moment under our wings.
